2. Service Description
River Duel is a Texas Hold'em-inspired entertainment game using virtual credits and competitive leaderboard mechanics.
River Duel does not offer real-money gambling, real-money betting, cash prizes, or the ability to exchange virtual credits for real-world currency or items.
3. Accounts and Access
Certain features may require creation of a player profile, nickname, or account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and for activity occurring under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts involved in cheating, abuse, fraud, exploit usage, or attempts to manipulate gameplay systems or rankings.

5. Virtual Credits
River Duel may provide virtual credits through gameplay progression, daily rewards, or rewarded advertisements.
Virtual credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or financial assets.
6. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue parts of the game, gameplay systems, rewards, balancing, features, or services at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All game content, branding, visuals, logos, interface elements, and software related to River Duel remain the property of Lineplay Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
River Duel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lineplay Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
