How to request deletion
To request deletion of your River Duel account, send an email to contact@riverduel.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Please include the following information:
- Your in-game nickname
- Your account email address (if used)
- Your approximate signup date
- Any additional details that may help us identify the account
What will be deleted
After verification, we will permanently delete or anonymize associated account and gameplay data, including:
- Player profile and nickname
- Leaderboard and score data
- Credits, wins, losses, and gameplay progression
- Associated authentication records
Data retention
Certain technical logs or security-related records may be temporarily retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform security obligations.
Processing time
Verified deletion requests are generally processed within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification.
